I never give reviews, but I want to take a moment to thank Sartes Flooring for coming out to my house and making it look so good! They moved furniture, ripped out old carpet, made the sub-floors more solid (NO MORE SQUEAKY FLOORS!!!) and put down new LVP upstairs as well as on the stairs. I couldn’t decide on a color with just the samples, so Andrey went and bought a full box, and laid it out in my space so I could see it on a bigger scale. That’s incredible customer service that I definitely didn’t expect, and it helped me to make a choice! I’m so happy with the color and so happy with this company. Andrey was kind and patient with me, and the workers who installed were kind and unobtrusive (I work from home, so that was important to me). Thank you!
